At Honeycomb Aeronautical, we stand behind the precision and quality of our flight simulation hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the RMA process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack your flight controls in their original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting clamps, and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
